Avoid damaging the nozzle holes, and only one gasket is allowed per injector and cannot be reusedLubrication & Installation: Use engine-specific oil, assembly oil, or diesel fuel to slightly lubricate the O-rings on the injector body. Insert the injector into the cylinder head mounting hole and push it by hand to the shoulder of the shaft. If required, the hold-down parts can be secured before inserting the injector into the cylinder head mounting holeFixing and checking: When installing the injector, make sure the mounting hole is clean, tighten the bolt with the correct torque, and the injector axial sealing pressure should be controlled at 7000-9000N. Once the installation is complete, gently pull back on the tubing by hand to check that it is in place. Make sure that the injector height is in the same plane and avoid missing or installing more gasketsConnection & Testing: Remove the protective caps on the injector's high-pressure coupling and return coupling, and gently connect the high-pressure and return lines by hand. Once installed, make sure the injector height is on the same plane by visually comparing it. Finally, reconnect the battery and ignition switch to test the proper working of the injectorsPrecautions: During installation, avoid using tools to knock on the solenoid valve, solenoid valve head and wiring harness joints. Ensure that all connections are clearly marked to avoid confusion.
